What if your contact data becomes out of date? We give you a "validate and update" function that calls all group members on demand to validate and update all of their contact phone numbers. Updated contact information is easily exported to update your other enterprise directories.
What if I'm not in your database? We give you a "phone-to-register" feature, so that people who have been missed or are at alternative numbers not in the database can self-add to your alert groups on the fly.
Can they hear you now? Some systems use G.729 codecs (the cellular network standard) to save on bandwidth costs, instead of the pricier G.711 (the best public network voice quality, as heard on business landline to business landline calls). All calls and recordings on our system are transmitted and stored at unadulterated G.711 quality.

We support numeric, audio and multiple choice questions. Does your real-time dashboard show group call progress? Does it include real-time reachability and question responses, such as "time to quarantine?" or "ETA?".
